PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in this production, you ("Participant") grant Alban Arts the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record your likeness, voice, and performance during rehearsals, performances, and related events, and to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such photographs, video, and audio recordings, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later developed, for the purposes of promotion, advertising, publicity, archival documentation, and educational use related to the Organization and its programs.

You understand that:
1. No compensation. This release is granted without expectation of payment or royalty.
2. No approval right. The Organization is not required to obtain your approval of the final materials or their use, though the Organization will make reasonable efforts to use images in a manner consistent with the professional nature of the production.
3. Duration. This release remains in effect indefinitely unless otherwise agreed in writing, and survives the conclusion of the production.
4. Ownership. All photographs, video, and recordings taken by or for the Organization remain its property.
5. Waiver of claims. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release the Organization from any claims arising from the use of such materials, including claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that this release is being accepted by a parent or legal guardian on your behalf if you are under 18.
