Junie B. Jones Jr. The Musical
Junie B. Jones the Musical Jr. Auditions Audition Dates: July 11 & 12 Time: 2pm Location: Alban Arts Center - 65 Olde Main Plaza What to Prepare: A 60-second cut of a song. Acapella is fine or a Bluetooth connection will be provided if needed. No accompanist will be present. A short monologue (1 minute or less) showing character and energy (Ages 6-18) is encouraged but not required. Actors that can read will be asked to dry read scenes from the script and those that are not quite readers yet will do some simple acting exercises to test memory and ability to be expressive on stage. Everyone should also be prepared for a short movement/dance combo. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. About the Show: Junie B. Jones the Musical Jr. is Junie B. Jones Jr. The Musical is a high-energy, hilarious stage adaption based on the popular children's book series by Barbara Park. Developed specifically for young performers, the 60-minute musical follows the spunky and outspoken Junie B. as she navigates the "scary but fun" world of first grade. 🎟️ PERFORMANCE DATES September 11-13 & September 18-20 Venue: Alban Arts Center
